Faith Formation Commission
This commission oversees that Religious
Education is provided for all members of the parish from birth on.
Meets every second Sunday of the month. This commission is a
three-year commitment.
Safety training is required of all adult volunteers.Religious Ed. Information

This program meets on Sundays, from September 8 to May 4 for 2024-2025.
Classes start after 9:00 AM Mass from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. It is open to all
children whose parents are registered members of the parish. Classes
are available for children starting in Kindergarten through their
senior year in high school and are taught by volunteers. If you wish your child(ren) to be in Religious Education this year, please print and fill out this form. Cost for 2024-25 year is $50 for 1 child or $75 for family.
OCIA Information
The OCIA team, in coordination with the Religious Education Administrator, assists individuals on their journey into the Catholic faith. There is no fee, and you are welcomed to bring someone with you. Classes generally run from September to Easter. St. Ann and St. Thomas More have combined to offer classes every Monday at 6:30 pm. Meetings will be held at St Ann from September to December and at St. Thomas More from January to April, please contact Lucy Castaneda ( lcastaneda@stannindy.org) for St. Ann for more information or Tracy Disney (tdisney@stm-church.org ) at St. Thomas More.
Lessons based on U.S. Catholic Catechism for Adults
Classes include a variation of mass, prayer, witness talks, lessons, discussions, and participation.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is a four-day long program from 6-8pm. These classes are open to all children ages 4-11 years old. Anyone age 13 or older can be a teen volunteer.
VBS will focus on training kids in the word of God with teachings on: The Greatest commandments, Beatitudes, Fruits of the spirit, and Evangelization. We will provide Dinner.

Class will be held with Deacon Joe the 1st Sunday of the month at 10 a.m. and the 1st Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. Please call the parish
office to preregister for the class. This class
is open to all registered parents of the parish that want to have
their children baptized into the Catholic Faith. You can register to
become a member of the parish at this class.
First Reconciliation
This class meets in conjunction with
Religious Education on Sunday mornings. Children in the second
grade are prepared for this sacrament and receive First
Reconciliation during advent.
First Communion
This class meets in conjunction with
Religious Education on Sunday mornings. Children in the second grade
are prepared for this sacrament and receive First Communion in the
spring.
Confirmation
When held at St. Ann, this class meets
in conjunction with Religious Education on Sunday mornings. Students
who are spiritually ready are prepared for this sacrament and are
confirmed by the Archbishop at SS. Peter and Paul cathedral downtown
Indianapolis.
RCIC
Older children in need of the
sacraments of either Baptism, First Communion or First
Reconciliation meet with an instructor weekly until they are
properly prepared to receive the sacraments on Holy Saturday.
